Joing is very simple, all you need to do is put your stats as you want them, you get 4,000 pts to put anywhere you would like, also remember, you must subtract your move's points from the 4,000 and then use the rest to put anywhere you like. The attributes you can but are below in an example, there is one thing that will matter to what you put down though, each race has a different speaciality... they are as follows:
Saiyins- 100 pts on Attack
Earthlings- 100 pts on Intel
Nameks- 100 pts on Speed
Others- 100 pts anywhere except Toughness or Endurance
In case you don't completely under stand that above, say your Namekian and you don't put ANY points on your speed, you still have 100 pts there, no matter what.. simply because of the attributes in the show, Saiyins are supposedly the strongest, Namkeians are supposedly the fastest(Piccolo), and Earthinglings are definitly the smartest. Others.... well their just other!
